Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your CalledIt account directly inside the mobile app at any time. No email or support request is required.

1. Open the CalledIt app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.
5. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately.

What Gets Deleted

The following personal information is removed immediately and cannot be recovered:

• Your name, email address, and handle
• Your profile and any avatar
• Push notification tokens and any pending notifications
• All active sessions on every device you have signed in on

What Is Retained Anonymously

Your past predictions, event participation, and points totals are retained in an anonymized form so that scoring, leaderboards, and parimutuel point distributions for past events remain accurate and fair for the other participants you played alongside. This anonymized data is no longer linked to your name or email and cannot be used to identify you. Payment records may also be retained in an anonymized form as required by financial regulations and tax law.

Signing Up Again Later

You are free to sign up again with the same email address at any time. Doing so creates a brand-new account with no connection to your previous activity, leaderboard standing, or prediction history.
